No-Show Policy

Failure to cancel a reservation by 2:00 PM on the scheduled date of arrival, or failure to check in, will result in a charge equal to one (1) night’s stay to the card on file.

Cleaning Fee

If a room is left in a condition that exceeds normal wear and use, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.

Destruction of Property

Any intentional damage or destruction of motel property will result in charges equal to the actual cost of repair or replacement, which will be charged to the card on file.
